Client: Repsol YPF
Event: 19th World Energy Congress
Client overview: Repsol YPF needed to create impact at the 19th World Energy Congress in Australia. Seeking local expertise, Repsol YPF’s brief to Tour Hosts was to deliver this impact creatively and on budget via a complete exhibition stand presence, organising accommodation and managing their VIP clients.

Experience: Working collaboratively with Repsol YPF, Tour Hosts took their stand from design through to booth creation. Impact was delivered via a superior stand build, operational management and the supply of trained hostesses.
The Repsol YPF representatives were free to concentrate on entertaining their VIP clients and guests at functions, including the cocktail parties that Tour Hosts organised for their stand. A meet and greet service plus limousine transfer to hotels was extended to VIP’s and guests at the airport. Promotional materials from Spain were also distributed to attending delegates.
