ePresenter is our latest product that we can offer to conferences with a comprehensive scientific or technical program. ePresenter increases the quality and value of scientific posters for both conference delegates and for presenters. This interactive system comprises three main modules: the author module allows authors to submit poster presentations online, the reviewer module offers the organising program committee the opportunities to review all poster abstracts and conference delegates can conveniently view and download all posters during the entire duration of the event through the custom designed delegate module.

Our system can process thousands of abstracts, registrations and accommodation bookings simultaneously and in real-time wherever you, or your delegates are in the world. We also tailor name badges to meet your needs including the security of bar-coded, photo IDs if required.
Speaker preparation/AV solutions
We will ensure an easy experience from submitting papers/abstracts to presenting for speakers, including, but not limited to, all versions of Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and video (in above packages) plus other systems such as slides or overheads. Our in-house AV experts will customise a solution that meets your needs.
