14th Robert Harris Oration
The Local Scientific Organising Committee is delighted to announce in addition to a busy programme, the 14th Robert Harris Oration will be delivered by Brigadier General Michael C. Wholley.  Brigadier General Wholley is a retired Marine Brigadier who works for NASA as a General Counsel.
