The Dietitians Association of Australia, 24th National Conference Scientific Program Sub-committee, would like to extend an invitation for you to be part of the huge Sydney National Conference by participating as either a sponsor or exhibitor.
The Conference offers the opportunity for your organisation to participate as either a sponsor or exhibitor at an event where delegates will learn about and contribute to a comprehensive and stimulating scientific program that has been created to encompass the Conference theme.

Members are invited to display, promote and sell resources they have created for professional practice. To book space in the Market Place, please complete Section D on the Registration Form.
The Market Place will be held from 1.00pm to 2.00pm on Friday 12 May 2006 and the cost for participation is $100 per table for DAA Members and $200 per table for Non-members. Bookings close on Monday 1 May 2006 unless all tables are sold prior to that date. Space is limited.
| The market place will be available to DAA members (including official DAA groups, e.g. Interest Groups) who are registered to attend the Conference. The registered member should attend the stand for the duration of the Market Place. | |
| Government and not-for-profit agencies, such as Diabetes Australia, National Heart Foundation will be eligible to take a Market Place opportunity at twice the member rate. At least one representative should register for the Conference and should attend the stand for the duration of Market Place. | |
| The product or service must be related to nutrition and dietetics. | |
| The selling of books or material is permitted. | |
| Stall holders must be responsible for all money handling and receipts must be issued to all purchasers. | |
| The cost of participating in market place will cover table hire and administration costs. | |
| The Scientific Program Sub-committee reserves the right of final approval of displays. | |
| The Scientific Program Sub-Committee, Conference Managers and the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre will not accept any liability arising from the displays. | |
| Please provide an outline to the Conference Managers of the items that are to be sold. Please email your list of items to dietitians@tourhosts.com.au – ensure the email has the following title "Market Place items for sale". |
