Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including Invited Speakers, Media, and Chairpersons. All exhibitors must register by completing the relevant registration
forms found in the attachments section of the Exhibition Manual and
returning to the Exhibition Managers. Exhibition Manuals will be received

Conference Sessions Entitles the participant to attend all conference
sessions. Day registrants are only entitled to sessions on nominated
day.

International Acknowledgements Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with
confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.
Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does
not accompany your form.
Registration Cancellation And Refund Policy Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.
Registration And Information/Tours Desk The Registration and Tours Desk will be located on Level 2 of Convention Centre North and will be operating as follows: Friday 3 October 2003 1200 – 1730 Entrance To Conference And Exhibition Each member of the conference and exhibition will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions, the exhibition hall and to social functions. Letter Of Invitation On request, the Organising Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Conference. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organiser to provide financial support. Please complete section J of the registration form to request a letter. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration and payment. Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly
recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book
your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy
should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation
in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference, loss
of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason,
loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline
or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours
or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any
other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property,
additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have
to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility
for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance
is to be purchased in your country of origin.
