Registration

To register and pay via the secure online form please proceed by pressing the 'Register Online' button below.

Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including Invited Speakers, Media, and Chairpersons.

All exhibitors must register by completing the relevant registration forms found in the attachments section of the Exhibition Manual and returning to the Exhibition Managers. Exhibition Manuals will be received via mail in the next few weeks.

Conference Sessions Entitles the participant to attend all conference sessions. Day registrants are only entitled to sessions on nominated day.

Official Documentation Includes Conference Week Program, Conference Proceedings and Participant List.

Lunch Will be provided on each day of sessions, Day registrants are entitled to lunch on their nominated day of attendance.

Morning & Afternoon Tea Will be provided on each day of sessions, Day registrants are entitled to the teas on their nominated day of attendance.

Accompanying Persons Accompanying persons are defined as spouses and partners of Delegates attending the three days of the Conference and are not entitled to attend Conference sessions.

Payment Of Fees

Registrations will not be confirmed until payment in full is received.

Cheques

  • Please write your full name and address on the back of the cheque

Credit Cards

  • The following credit cards are accepted at the conference: Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by THPL.
  • Payment through direct transfer will not be accepted.

By Internet

  • Payment via the secure online registration form may be made by Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

International

Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque only in Australian Dollars and drawn on an Australian Bank. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are the only cards accepted by the Conference Managers.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the conference. At the conference you will receive your satchel containing all of your conference material

Registration Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.


Registration Fees

  • Before 11 July 2003 will incur a A$100.00 cancellation fee.
  • Before 1 August 2003 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • After 1 August 2003 there will be no refund.

    Accommodation
  • Non-refundable after 18 August 2003.

    Social
  • Non-refundable after 18 August 2003.

    Day Tours
  • Non-refundable after 18 August 2003.

    Post Conference Tours
  • Non-refundable after 1 August 2003.

Registration And Information/Tours Desk

The Registration and Tours Desk will be located on Level 2 of Convention Centre North and will be operating as follows:

Friday 3 October 2003 1200 – 1730
Saturday 4 October 2003 0730 – 1730
Sunday 5 October 2003 0830 – 1730
Monday 6 October 2003 0830 – 1600

Entrance To Conference And Exhibition

Each member of the conference and exhibition will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions, the exhibition hall and to social functions.

Letter Of Invitation

On request, the Organising Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Conference. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organiser to provide financial support. Please complete section J of the registration form to request a letter. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration and payment.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
