OT1 – Introducing Sydney
Time: 1330 – 1730hrs

Sydney is undoubtedly one of the world’s most beautiful
harbour cities. On this concise tour let us introduce you to
the beauty, charm and style of the cosmopolitan gateway to Australia.
See restored colonial buildings in The Rocks, Australia’s
oldest settlement; the Sydney Harbour Bridge; the Botanic Gardens
and Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair (a special seat carved into
the rock), which has perfect views of the Opera House with the
harbour and Harbour Bridge in the background.
Travel through some of Sydney’s exclusive eastern suburbs
with their fine homes and harbour views, on the way to famous
Bondi Beach where you will see a lifesaving demonstration by
the Bondi Surf Club, the oldest Surf Club in the world. Finish
the afternoon with a delicious afternoon tea by the sea before
returning to the Convention Centre.

OT2 – Koala Park
Time: 1300 – 1700hrs

Enjoy the opportunity to meet Australia’s native wildlife
face to face. Become acquainted with a variety of unique Australian
animals including koalas, kangaroos and wombats, along with a
myriad of Australian native birds – all in a lush, parkland
setting. You will be greeted on arrival by a wombat! Walk through
a spacious open koala enclosure where you will be treated to
interesting facts about our native koala and its habitat. There
is also the opportunity to be photographed with a cuddly koala
(at own expense). See emus, wallabies, echidnas, cockatoos, eagles
and parrots.
Enjoy an Australian afternoon tea and damper whilst listening
to tales of an Australian Stockman.

Ot3 – Aboriginal Experience And Botanic Gardens
Time: 0900 – 1300hrs
Cost: A$102.00 per person
Experience the world’s oldest living culture
at one of Sydney’s premier indigenous museums.
The Art Gallery of New South Wales, located within a short walking
distance from Sydney’s CBD and surrounded by the Royal
Botanic Gardens is one of Australia’s foremost art museums
housing many of the finest works in the country. It is home to
an exciting range of art including permanent displays of Australian,
European, Asian, Contemporary Art and Photography.
Arriving at the Art Gallery of New South Wales, enjoy a performance,
followed by a guided tour of the Yiribana Aboriginal Gallery
a permanent display of Aboriginal art – celebrating the
diversity of indigenous visual arts in Australia.
Upon completion of the tour, you may wish to walk around the
Royal Botanic Gardens, or alternatively take the return transfer
to the Convention Centre.

Ot4 – Bridgeclimb (Day Climb)
Time: 4 hours
Cost: A$175.00 per person (day climb only). Price varies according
to day of the week or time of day.
For an exhilarating, once in a lifetime experience, why not test
your metal atop Sydney’s most famous icon, the Sydney Harbour
Bridge. Check in at the Bridgeclimb office, receive a safety
briefing and learn of the history of the bridge as you prepare
for the climb.
This thrilling and totally safe adventure takes you over the
catwalk to the pylon and then to the summit of the Bridge’s
upper arch, 130 metres above sea level. You will be harnessed
to a static line for the duration of the climb and an experienced
team leader will be there to assist and encourage you to the
pinnacle of the harbour. Escorted in small groups, your climb
leader will describe the spectacular 360-degree view across one
of the greatest harbours in the world.
A complimentary group photograph will keep those thrilling moments
alive in your memory.
Back on terra firma, stay awhile to explore the historic Rocks
area or make your own way back to your hotel.
