Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress, and book your travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress managers can not take any responsibility for a participant failing to arrange his/her own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Sponsorship And Exhibition

Demonstrate your leadership in the field of medical law by being a sponsor at the Congress. There are several fantastic opportunities available to increase your company or product profile to your key target markets through sponsoring, advertising or exhibiting. A range of packages are available to suit all budgets and marketing objectives. Packages can also be individually tailored to suit your requirements.

A boutique trade exhibition will run in conjunction with the scientific program of the Meeting. Expected exhibitors include publishers, legal and insurance firms, medical instrument suppliers, software and pharmaceutical companies. Space is limited, therefore we encourage interested parties to contact the Congress Managers as early as possible in order to secure their space.

For more information on sponsorship, advertising and exhibition packages, please contact the Congress Sponsorship and Exhibition Co-ordinator on + 61 2 9248 0800 or email wcml@tourhosts.com.au.

Private Functions

It is requested that you advise the Congress Managers of any private functions that might be planned outside the official program. The Congress Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
