Participation is open to all persons responsible for management and development in the Tunnelling and Underground industries. Persons intending to partake in the Conference must register, including invited Paper Presenters, Authors, Accompanying Persons and Chairpersons. Please read through this website carefully before you complete your omline form.

Accompanying Persons
Accompanying Persons are spouses and partners of Full Registrants who have registered as an Accompanying Person on a Delegates online Registration Form and paid the applicable fee.
Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Please Note: A copy of your student identification card or a letter from your employer must accompany your registration form otherwise you will be charged the full registration fee.
Delegates Under 25 Years
Proof of age is required to qualify for the discounted rate. Proof of age can be provided in the form of appropriate identification i.e. Drivers License. This proof must accompany your registration form , otherwise you will be charged the full registration fee.
Payment Of Fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.
Within Australia
Payment may be made by personal cheque or credit card. Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by Tour Hosts Pty Limited. Cheques should be made payable to the 12 th Australian Tunnelling Conference 2005.
International
Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian Dollars only, drawn on an Australian Bank. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. To cover any and every eventuality. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Before 11 February 2005 will incur a A$100 cancellation fee. Before 3 March 2005 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After 3 March 2005 there will be no refund. |

The Registration Desk will be located on Level 2 conference area and will be operating as follows:
