
Registration
Participation is open to all persons interested in Women’s Experiences of Violence. The preferred method of registration is electronic. Those who wish to attend the Conference should fill in the Registration Form and submit it to the Conference Managers. Each registrant must fill in a separate form. For fax or mail registration a clean photocopy of the form will be accepted, or additional forms can be obtained from the Conference Managers.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including invited presenters and chair persons. Please read through this carefully before you complete your form.

The Conference Only Registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

The Student Registration fee (student photo ID must be sent through with registration form to receive the discounted rate) entitles delegates to the following:
- All Sessions
- All official documentation including program booklet and List of Participants
- Welcome Cocktail Reception
- Conference Dinner
- Morning and Afternoon Teas
- Lunches
- Satchel
The Day Delegate fee entitles delegates to the following:
- All Sessions on that day
- All official documentation including program booklet and List of Participants
- Morning and Afternoon Tea on that day
- Lunch on that day

If you wish to apply for your registration fee to be waived, please contact the Conference Managers with your request. The Organising Committee will assess these on a case by case basis.
Payment Of Fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by personal cheque or credit card. Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa are the only credit cards accepted at the conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by THPL. Cheques should be made payable to the Refocusing Women’s Experience of Violence Conference.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the conference. At the conference you will receive the final program and a list of delegates.

Before 14 July 2005 will incur a A$100.00 cancellation fee. On or before 14 August 2005 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. 15 August 2005 onwards there will be no refund. |

Entrance To Conference
Each member of the conference will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.

The Registration Desk will be located in the foyer or the Bankstown Town Hall and will be operating as follows:

The Conference Managers will be on-site for enquiries at
other times.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
