Registration
Registration and payment for the Convention can be made via the online Registration Form at www.poultry2005.com. Please note that all persons intending to attend the Convention must register, including speakers and chairpersons.

Entitlements
Delegates (Full Registration): The Registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
- Attendance to all sessions
- Satchel
- All official publications including Convention Program, Proceeding Book and Delegate List (in compliance with the Australian privacy legislation)
- Welcome Reception and Opening Ceremony
- Gala Dinner
- Morning Teas, Afternoon Teas and Lunches (Monday to Wednesday)
- Note: There is no afternoon tea on Wednesday.

- Attendance to all sessions on the relevant day
- Satchel
- Opening Ceremony (Monday only)
- All official publications including Convention Program, Proceeding Book and Delegate List (in compliance with the Australian privacy legislation)
- Morning Teas, Afternoon Teas and Lunches on the relevant day
- Note: Day Registration does not include any social functions. There is no afternoon tea on Wednesday.

Accompanying Persons:
This year’s Convention does not include the Accompanying Persons program. However, additional tickets to the social functions are available for purchase. Please refer to Social Program section of the website for further details.
Payment Of Fees
Payment can be made by personal cheque or credit card via the website when you register. Mastercard, Visa and AMEX are the only credit cards accepted at the Convention.
Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to “Conference by THPL”. Alternatively, payment can be made by cheque payable to the “13 th Australian Poultry Convention Managers”. Please send cheques to:

Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Convention. However, you can obtain regular updates via the official Convention website. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival to the Convention.
Registration And Information/Tours Desk
The Registration Desk will be located in the Pavilion Gallery of Conrad Jupiters. The operating hours are as follows:
- Sunday 9 October 1530 – 1800 hours
- Monday 10 October 0700 – 1630 hours
- Tuesday 11 October 0800 – 1730 hours
- Wednesday 12 October 0800 – 1630 hours
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Convention and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Convention, or through cancellation of the Convention, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Convention Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Convention Managers.
Registration Fees
Before 6 September 2005 will incur A$100.00 cancellation fee.
Before 19 September 2005 will receive 50% refund of fees paid.
After 30 September 2005 there will be no refund.
