Studio Apartment: This apartment is suitable for 2 persons and contains either 1 double bed or 2 single beds and has a combined bedroom and living area.
1 Bedroom Apartment: This apartment is suitable for 2 persons and contains either 1 double bed or 2 single beds.
2 Bedroom Apartment: This apartment is suitable for 4 persons and contains either 2 double beds or 4 single beds.
Metro Hotel Sydney Central and Y on the Park Hotel
Single (SGL): This room is suitable for 1 person and contains 1 bed.
Double (DBL): This room is suitable for 2 persons and contains 1 bed.
Twin (TWN): This room is suitable for 2 persons and contains 2 beds.
Family Room: This room is suitable for 4 persons and contains 3 single beds and 1 rollaway bed. Shared bathroom facilities.
Rates includes Continental breakfast for up
to 4 people.
Traditional Room: This room is suitable for 1 or 2 persons and contains 1 bed. Shared bathroom facilities.

Please Note:
*All delegates staying at the Metro Hotel Sydney Central are entitled to daily return bus transfers at specified times to the Wesley Conference Centre on Wednesday 11 August and Thursday 12 August 2005. A timetable of the scheduled times will be provided at a later date. Delegates choosing to travel before or after the advertised times will need to arrange private transport at their own expense.
Deposit
Rooms are being held by the Conference Managers on behalf of the delegates until 7July 2005. All hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a minimum one night’s rate in order to secure a reservation. The Conference Managers will accept accommodation deposits up until 7 July 2005 and will settle the deposit with the hotel. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check out.
Late bookings can be made through the Conference Managers after 7 July 2005 but are subject to availability and credit card details are required to secure the reservation. One night’s room rate will be deducted from the supplied card, by the hotel, if the reservation is cancelled or the delegate fails to arrive on the specified date.
How to book accommodation
To book, complete either the Online Registration Form or the Registration Form attached to this brochure. The Conference Managers will forward your reservation and deposit or credit card details to the hotel of your choice.
Accommodation refunds
The deposit is non-refundable at 7 July 2005 and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked.
