Entrance To Session Each Session registrant will receive a name badge upon registration. In the interests of security, the badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all scientific and administrative meetings and to social functions. Letter Of Invitation On request, the Organising Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Session. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds from their own sources or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organiser to provide financial support. Please contact the Conference Managers to request a letter. Accompanying Persons An Accompanying Person is a spouse, partner or related person of a Full Registrant, who has officially registered as an Accompanying Person on a Delegate’s Registration and paid the applicable fee. Please include Accompanying Persons in your registration. Participation Entitlements The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

member, representatives of affiliated organisations Payment Of Fees Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received. By Credit Card: Credit card payments can be made using Amex, Mastercard and Visa.. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by THPL. By Cheque: Cheques should be made payable to the 55th Session of the ISI. Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian Dollars only, drawn on an Australian Bank. You should be able to obtain this from your local bank. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Please contact the ISI 2005 Conference Managers if you cannot make payment at the time of registration. Confirmations Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing and emailed to you with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form. Apart from a welcome to Sydney letter you will not receive any further publications prior to your arrival at the Session.
