Hilton Sydney
The Hilton Hotel is the Conference venue and it is conveniently located right in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Space, light and state-of-the-art technology sums up the newly refurbished Hilton Hotel. The Hotel is surrounded by Sydney’s major retail, entertainment and business precincts and overlooks the beautiful Queen Victoria Building. From this great location, the Sydney experience is right at your doorstep. The monorail at the hotel’s doorstep makes for easy access to Cockle Bay and Darling Harbour. Rail and bus transport also at hotel’s door.

The hotel features 577 designer furnished rooms, including a selection of Hilton Relaxation rooms and suites, Executive Floor Rooms offering access to the exclusive Clubroom. Non-smoking and special needs rooms are also available. Rooms are designed to be totally different in its use of space, light and colour, all adding up to a new experience in hotel room design. Swissotel Sydney
Swissotel Sydney has 359 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, including J.P. Bastiani Restaurant, and the internationally acclaimed Amrita Spa.

The Grace Hotel
The Grace Hotel has 382 spacious Guest Rooms all designed with the frequent traveller in mind with the latest in modern telecommunications such as voice mail and data points for every room. The Interactive television features in-room movies in every room and also allows guests to set wake-up calls, order room service, view their account at any time during their stay and use Express Checkout. Individual comfort is also enhanced with feather comforters and pillows. Each room is conveniently equipped with an iron and ironing board, climate control, in-room safe and refreshment centre. The Grace Hotel has also recently undergone refurbishment.

Group Bookings
If your organisation would like to make a group booking or book accommodation at a hotel not listed in this brochure, the Conference Managers can secure rooms and negotiate group rates on your behalf with the hotel of your choice.  With a large network of hotel contacts our experienced staff are able to ensure all your needs are met and your booking is managed efficiently.

Deposit
Rooms have been reserved by the Conference Managers on behalf of the delegates until 17 March 2006. All hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of one night's accommodation room rate in order to secure a reservation. The Conference Managers will accept accommodation deposits up until 17 March 2006 and will settle the deposit with the hotel. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check out.

Late bookings can be made through the Conference Managers after 17 March 2006 but are subject to availability and credit card details are required to secure the reservation. One night’s room rate will be deducted from your credit card, by the hotel, if the reservation is cancelled or the delegate fails to arrive on the specified date.

How to Book Accommodation
To book, please complete the online Registration Form. The Conference Managers will forward your reservation and deposit or credit card details to the Conference Hotel.

Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Conference Managers and not directly to the hotel. Please note, any changes should be made to the Conference Managers by 14 April 2006. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Late Arrivals
Please indicate on your registration form or notify the Conference Managers in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 1800 hours, failure to do so may mean that your room will be released.

Arrival Time
Hotel check-in time is 1400 hours. If you arrive before this time it is probable that you will not be able to gain access to your room. To guarantee a room to be available for an early arrival you will need to pre-register and pay for your room for the previous night. If required please indicate on your registration form.

Accommodation Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable after 17 March 2006 and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked.
