Official Congress Hotel

Four Points by Sheraton Sydney is located in Sydney's central business district overlooking colourful Darling Harbour. Only a few minutes walk from an exciting array of entertainment venues, busy shopping precincts and transport access. As Australia's largest hotel with 645 rooms, the hotel offers an extensive range of facilities including 24 hour reception, non smoking floors, Business Centre and a Fitness Centre. All rooms operate on an electronic card locking system and include individually controlled air-conditioning, direct dial STD/ISD telephones, AM/FM radio and digital alarm clock, executive desk, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, in room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and pay per view movies.
Congress delegates staying at Four Points by Sheraton will receive a complimentary drink voucher upon arrival.

1 Bedroom Executive Suite: An apartment with one double or two single beds
2 Bedroom Apartment: Either one double and two single beds or two double beds
3 Bedroom Apartment: Three double beds

Rates

Accommodation held by the Congress Managers has been secured at advantageous rates for Congress delegates. Only bookings made through the Congress Managers will secure these rates.

Deposit

All hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a minimum one night's rate in order to secure your reservation. Without payment the Congress Managers are unable to guarantee your room. Your deposit will be passed on to the hotel. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check out.

The Congress Managers will accept accommodation deposits up until 14 April 2004. All deposits received after this date will be refunded to the delegate. From 15 April 2004, credit card details can be used to secure a booking. One night's room rate will be debited from the supplied card if the delegate fails to arrive on the specified date.

How To Book Accommodation

To book please complete the Accommodation section of the online Registration Form. The Congress Managers will forward your reservation and deposit to the hotel of your choice.


Change of Booking

Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Congress Managers and not directly to the hotel. Please note, any changes should be made to the Congress Managers by 3 May 2004. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Managers (email will also be accepted).

Late Arrivals

Please indicate on your registration form or notify the Congress Managers in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 1800 hours. Failure to do so may mean that your room will be released.

Arrival Time

Many international flights arrive into Australia in the early morning. Hotel check-in time is usually 1500 hours. If you are to arrive before this time it is probable that you will not be able to gain access to your room. To guarantee a room being available for an early arrival you will need to pre-register and pay for your room for the previous night. If required please indicate on your registration form.

Accommodation Refunds

The deposit is non-refundable at 5 April 2004 and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked.
