Participation is open to all persons interested in the field of burns. Those who wish to attend the Congress should fill in the online Registration Form. Each registrant must fill in a separate form.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Meeting must register, including invited speakers, authors and chairpersons. Please read through the website carefully before you complete your form.

Entitlements
Full Delegates
The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
NB: There is a maximum number of participants who can partake in sailing. The allocation of delegates to the sailing vessels will be determined onsite at the Meeting at the conclusion of one of the sessions (via ballot). The remaining delegates will be invited to be spectators for the sport. Smith & Nephew will provide complimentary refreshments during the event.

Within Australia
Payment may be made by personal cheque or credit card. Mastercard, Visa and American Express are the only credit cards accepted at the meeting. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by THPL. Cheques should be made payable to the ANZBA 2005 Meeting.
International
Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian Dollars only, drawn on an Australian Bank. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. You may not pay your fees by direct transfer. Mastercard, Visa and American Express are the only credit cards accepted at the meeting.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the meeting. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the meeting. At the meeting you will receive the final program and a list of delegates.

Entrance to Meeting
Each member of the meeting will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.

The Meeting Managers will be on-site for enquiries at other times.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the meeting and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the meeting, or through cancellation of the meeting, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Meeting Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
EMSB Course
An EMSB course will be held in conjunction with the ASM and an EMSB Instructors course on 10 September and 11 September respectively. Applicants should register early for these courses which are likely to be well subscribed.
