Registration
Participation is open to all persons interested in the field of dentistry. Those who wish to attend the Congress should complete the online Registration Form.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Congress must register, including invited Lecturers and Chairpersons. All dentists MUST register as dentists. If a dentist’s spouse or partner is also a dentist, both must register as dentists. Overseas dentists who are members of their national dental association are eligible to pay the ADA member’s registration fee. Proof of membership of their national dental association is required.

NB: Morning and afternoon teas and lunch on Saturday will be provided by the ADIA in the exhibition hall. On Sunday and Monday, lunch may be purchased from the Cafes within the Exhibition Halls (catering has not been factored into the registration fees for the Congress)

Payment Of Fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Within Australia
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. All major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Diners, American Express) are accepted at the Congress. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by THPL. Cheques should be made payable to the ADA 2007 Congress.
International
Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian
Dollars only, drawn on an Australian Bank. Your name and full address
should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. You
may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Congress. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Congress. At the Congress you will receive the final programme, Congress documentation and a list of delegates.
Entrance To Congress
Each Delegate of the Congress will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and to included social functions.
Letter Of Invitation
On request, the Organising Committee will send a letter of invitation for international delegates to participate in the Congress. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organiser to provide financial support. Please request a letter when completing the online registration form. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration.
Registration And Tours Desk
The Registration and Tours Desk will be located in the Parkside Promenade, on the ground floor, of the Convention Centre and will be operating as follows:
Friday 16 March 2007 - Congress Registration commences: 2.00 pm - 4.00

Saturday 17 March 2006: 7.00 am - 6.00 pm
Sunday 18 March 2006: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Monday 19 March 2006: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
The Congress Managers will be on-site for enquiries at other times.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers.
