Membership

If you are not currently a member of the ACCNS and would like to join to receive the discounted member registration fee and other benefits and services, please contact the Australian Council of Community Nursing Services Inc (see ACCNS website: www.accns.com.au).

Payment Of Fees

Payment can be made by credit card via the website when you register. MasterCard and Visa are the credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to "Conference by THPL". Alternatively, payment can be made by cheque payable to "ACCNS 2005 Conference".

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Conference, but there will be regular updates on the Conference website. Your letter of acknowledgement will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference.

Registration & Information Desk

The Registration Desk will be located near the session rooms and will operate as follows:

Thursday 4 August 2005 0800 – 1800 hours
Friday 5 August 2005 0800 – 1700 hours

The Conference Managers will be onsite for enquiries at other times.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice.

 Cancellation And Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made to the Conference Managers

Registration Fees

Before 1 July 2005 will incur a A$100.00 cancellation fee.

 

Before 13 July 2005 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.

 

After 22 July 2005 there will be no refund.
